• Contact details you provide when booking (name, phone number, email address).
• Appointment details (service, doctor, date, time, notes you add).
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Call recordings and transcripts when you speak with Anna, our AI receptionist.

How we use it

• To create and manage your appointments.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices by email.
• To send SMS or WhatsApp messages only if you explicitly opt in. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• To improve the quality of our AI reception service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Messages are delivered through service providers (email and telephony) strictly to operate the service.

Your choices

You can cancel appointments through the private link in your email, opt out of SMS/WhatsApp by replying STOP, and request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@receptiontestai.com.
