2. Using the service

• Provide accurate contact information so notifications reach you.
• Online cancellation is available up to 24 hours before an appointment.
• Appointment links are private — anyone with the link can view and cancel that appointment.

3. Messaging

SMS and WhatsApp notifications are sent only with your explicit consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
